Refund policy

Returns 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must also be in the original packaging, with the tag still attached. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

UK Returns:

2. Please confirm what you would like to return and the reasons why.
3. If approved, you will be sent a link to create your return label/QR code.

A £5 return fee per parcel will be deducted from your refund once we have processed your return.

International Returns:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund request has been rejected. For example, if there are clear signs of use.

If you are approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 working days.

*Please note: E-Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges 

Please note, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or product, you will need to return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
